Reschedule of China Sport Show 2020

Dear visitors, exhibitors, partners and media,

Due to the outbreak and world-spreading of COVID-19, after a rigorous survey and serious consideration, for safety and benefit of all parties, organizer of China Sport Show decided to reschedule China Sport Show 2020. The new dates shall be 28th -30th September, 2020.

Please be kind noted that,

On visitor registration: If you have already complete visitor registration, it will be effective for the new dates. Please print out your confirmation letter or save the QR code in mobile phone and claim a entry badge at site.

On VIP buyer application: As it is hard to estimate the global epidemic situation in September, we are considering some changes on the hospitality of the VIP buyers. So VIP application is closed temporarily. Organizer will release official notice when the new rules are set. The submitted applications will be effective and if there are any further documents needed, organizer will send notice promptly.

On booth application: Exhibition department will contact the exhibitors one by one to confirm the agreement and booth arrangement.

On travel arrangement: As the new dates are very close to the National Day Holiday of China, and Shanghai is a very hot place for holiday, what’s more, a lot of exhibitions are postponed to the third quarter, it might be hard to book air tickets and hotel rooms. Please book your round trip air-tickets and your accommodation as soon as possible if you decide to visit or exhibit in China Sport Show 2020.Please keep a concern on the policy of entry visa issuance and isolation, and plan your trip wisely.
