1. Reservation can only be confirmed when deposit is paid. If any changes or cancellations of your booking, please do inform Shanghai Mengxuan Exhibition Services Co. Ltd. in writing, not to the hotels.

2. Due to the limited number of rooms blocked, your reservation will be confirmed on a first-come- first-serve basis. MXESC written confirmation will serve as the only certification for your reservation.

3. When booking rooms, the hotel need your credit card pre-authorization of full payment to guarantee your reservation.

4. If any cancellation after May5th 2018, or “no show”, the cancellation fee of 1st night room rate will be charged. The issue of refund will be settled after China Sport Show.
