2. Due to the limited number of rooms blocked, your reservation will be confirmed on a first-come- first-serve basis. MXESC written confirmation will serve as the only certification for your reservation.

3. When booking rooms, the hotel need your credit card pre-authorization of full payment without return to guarantee your reservation.

4. If any cancellation after May 5th 2018, or “no show”, the cancellation fee of full payment room rate will be charged.
