Peloton Interactive Launches B2B Platform; Hires Senior VP/GM

Peloton Interactive announced the launch of Peloton for Business, a B2B offering that supplies equipment and content to clients in the corporate wellness, multifamily residential businesses, hospitality, community wellness, healthcare, education, and gyms sectors.

 

The company offers access to its Peloton Bike for an unlimited number of users, partnership services that provide exclusive programming and for audiences of partner brands, and an employee benefit program that provides access to its app, equipment and corporate engagement experiences.

 

In tandem with the service, Greg Hybl joined Peloton as senior vice president and general manager of Peloton for Business, a newly created role. He formerly worked in strategic partnerships at American Express.

 

“Our goal is to be a solution-oriented partner that provides customizable options for each client’s unique needs, regardless of a company’s size,” said Hybl. “By offering both holistic and individualized solutions, we can now widen our client base to include [SMBs] in addition to the larger enterprise businesses we currently serve. We couldn’t be more excited about both continuing the momentum we are seeing with our existing enterprise customers and, by now, bringing the value of Peloton to customers and employees at all levels.”

 

Many of the offerings under the Peloton for Business umbrella have existed at the company, bringing the services under one management structure with a renewed focus and rebranding of the venture.

 

So far, Peloton has inked a deal to put 5,800 of its Peloton bikes in Hilton hotels in the U.S., the U.K., Germany, and Canada with the goal of “a bike at every property.” Peloton also has a partnership agreement with the YMCA to supply bikes to its fitness centers.
