1. Do I need a visa

2. Where to apply for a visa & What files should I prepare to obtain the visa
Please check with nearest Chinese Visa Application Service Center to see what you need to get a visa to China and how long it takes to get a visa.
If there is no Visa application service center around you, please find nearest embassy or consulate. Here is a list of Missions Overseas from Official website of Ministry of Affairs of the People's Republic of China.
 
3. I need a visa invitation letter from Organizer of China Sport Show
To get visa invitation letter from China Sport Show, pls click here to enter visitor registration page. You will see visa invitation letter application in Step 4.
 
4. I need a scanned copy of the organizer’s Business License
Pls click to download the business license. 
The scanned copy of business license is only for applying entry visa to China as exhibitor or  visitor of China Sport Show 2024. If the above document is used for other purposes, the organizer will pursue relevant legal responsibilities.
 
Pls be kind noted that,
·    Your passport must be valid for more than 6 months before your estimate departure date from China. 
·    The organizer of China Sport Show does not provide an Invitation Letter of Duly Authorized Unit.
·    The organizer of China Sport Show will not delivery the original copy of this invitation letter to you by mail or express.
·    The visitor or the employer of the visitor should be responsible for the travel expenses, including transportation, accommodation, insurance, and other expenses.
