The scale of China's outdoor sports industry has exceeded that before the epidemic

 

The Report on the Development of China's Outdoor Sports Industry (2022-2023) was recently released, which shows that from 2022 to 2023, China's outdoor sports industry gradually recovered and ushered in a historic development opportunity. In the first half of 2023, the volume of orders related to outdoor sports increased by 79 percent compared to the same period in 2022 . Compared to 2019, the year before the outbreak, orders are up 221 percent and the market is already larger than it was before the outbreak. The report also cites a significant increase in the number of outdoor sports businesses. By the end of the first quarter of 2023, there were 204,000 outdoor sports-related businesses in the country, an increase of more than 20 percent compared to the end of 2021.
