China Sport Show 2026 will be held at the Xiamen International Conference and Exhibition Center, Xiamen, China from May 21 to 24, 2026.

1.Eligibility & Selection:
The Organizing Committee will curate the final list of POB members based on a holistic review of several criteria, including:
♦  Past visitation and engagement records at China Sport Show.
♦  Company profile: operational scale, business category, and geographic region.
♦  Procurement capacity: annual import/export volume or project value.
♦  Participation in business matchmaking and conference activities.
 
2. Benefits
Selected members will enjoy a suite of exclusive services, including but not limited to:
♦  Complimentary Accommodation*: A standard or queen room for one company for a minimum of two nights during the exhibition period.
♦  Dedicated Tour Guide Services: To help you navigate the vast exhibition efficiently.
♦  Comprehensive Visitor Kit: Including show directory, map, and essential materials.
♦  Lunch Vouchers: For your convenience at the exhibition center.
♦  Additional Privileges: Including priority access to business matching sessions and exclusive networking events (subject to final schedule).
 
*Term:
♦  The Premium Overseas Buyers (POB) program is limited to business entities and institutional buyers. Individual consumers or personal attendees are not eligible for this program.
♦  Rooms are limited. Allocation is subject to approval by the Organizing Committee based on application completeness and buyer profile.
♦  Companies with the same company legal representative, same office address or same IP address will not be provided with duplicate benefits.

3.POB Member Obligations
To ensure a mutually valuable experience, POB members are expected to:
♦  Submit a complete registration form before the deadline.
♦  Check in at the designated hotel and complete on-site registration.
♦  Attend the exhibition for its entire duration.
♦  Participate in scheduled business matchmaking sessions.
♦  Complete the post-show visitor feedback survey.
♦  Be available for potential media interviews or content collaboration as arranged by the Host.
 
The Organizing Committee of China Sport Show reserves the right of final interpretation of this program. Any matters not covered herein will be notified separately.
 
4.How to apply:
