CHINA SPORT SHOW 2026 Concludes Successfully丨Technology Empowers the Evolution of Table Tennis Experience

On May 24th, CHINA SPORT SHOW 2026 concluded successfully at the Xiamen International Conference and Exhibition Center. This year's show featured an exhibition area exceeding 200,000 square meters, over 2,000 exhibitors from home and abroad, and attracting over 170,000 visits, including 5,700 overseas visitors with multiple core metrics setting new historical records.

 

At this year's show, the Sports Consumption & Services Section gathered 490 exhibitors under the theme "“Sports Diversity, Lifestyle Integration” featuring several specialty zones including Badminton, Table Tennis, and Tennis, Sports Footwear & Apparel, and Outdoor Sports. In the field of table tennis equipment, exhibitors showcased their cutting-edge technological products, driving the iterative upgrade of the national sport with technology.

 

 

Traditional rubber sheets achieved new performance breakthroughs. Liu Huiyu, Deputy General Manager of Tianjin 729 Sporting Goods Co., Ltd., introduced that their new series forehand rubber optimized the key raw material ratio and adjusted the pore arrangement to achieve a balance between elasticity and support, as well as explosiveness and stability, breaking the pain points of traditional rubbers where "fast attack lacks resilience and loop drive lacks explosiveness."

 

From competition-grade equipment to the mass consumer market, smart ball machines are expanding into broader consumer markets. Guangzhou Double Fish Sport Group Co., Ltd. exhibited its Super 6th Generation ball machine, equipped with a self-developed "anti-jamming" patent. The machine can be hung on the table edge for use, making it highly portable and suitable for daily sports scenarios like homes and communities. Shanghai Double Happiness (DHS) Co., Ltd. showcased its W1 Table Tennis ball machine, featuring a touch screen with built-in applications that support custom training programming in multiple modes, such as fixed-point, serve/receive, training, self-compile, and exam.

 

Many tech companies simultaneously launched smart ball machine products. The table tennis experience is moving from "human vs. machine" to a stage of "human–machine interaction". From the deep cultivation of competition-grade equipment technology to the expansion of smart ball machine scenarios, China's table tennis equipment industry is leveraging technology to empower the progression of the sporting experience.

 

As the Xiamen event concludes, the baton is passed to Chengdu. In 2027, CHINA SPORT SHOW will move to Chengdu.
