On May 24, CHINA SPORT SHOW 2026 came to a successful conclusion at the Xiamen International Conference and Exhibition Center. This year's edition covered an exhibition area of over 200,000 square meters, bringing together more than 2,000 domestic and overseas exhibitors, and attracting over 170,000 visits in total. Among them, the ASIA PACIFIC FITNESS SECTION spanned 130,000 square meters, gathering 1,100 premium exhibitors from the industry to showcase world-class fitness equipment and cutting-edge innovative technologies. The section was precisely divided into five core zones: Fitness & Body Building, Elite Training & Athletic Performance, Lightweight Fitness, Rehabilitation & Well-Being, and Fitness Equipment Supply Chain. The intelligentization of home fitness equipment emerged as a highly futuristic development trend at this year’s show.

Walking through the APFIT section, one could see home fitness equipment powered by artificial intelligence everywhere. The smart treadmill at the Impulse (Qingdao) Health Tech Co., Ltd. booth could generate personalized exercise prescriptions for users. Liu Hongtao, Chairman and President of Impulse, noted that home fitness equipment has achieved a leapfrog upgrade from "passive execution" to “active intelligence.” The Gym Monster series of intelligent home strength training equipment from the Speediance brand, powered by motor-driven digital weight technology, delivers controllable digital resistance of up to 220 pounds with 1-pound precision. Its Gym Nano portable digital resistance engine, which made its domestic debut, also drew considerable attention. All Bluetooth-enabled home fitness equipment under the XENJOY brand can connect to intelligent systems, leveraging its self-developed app to tailor training programs for users. A consensus has emerged across the industry: intelligent upgrades will not drive up prices, as technology empowerment is making fitness products more accessible to the public.
