Exhibitor Registration for CHINA SPORT SHOW 2027 Opens on August 10

The Exhibitor Registration Portal for CHINA SPORT SHOW 2027 will officially open at 9:00 AM Beijing Time (GMT+8) on August 10, 2026. Global sporting goods companies, brands, and industry professionals are cordially invited to participate in CHINA SPORT SHOW 2027.

The upcoming edition will further strengthen its position as a premier platform for sporting goods business matchmaking and industry trend exchange in the Asia-Pacific region. While continuing to serve as a hub for product launches, business matchmaking, and industry networking, CHINA SPORT SHOW 2027 will introduce a comprehensive digital upgrade to its exhibitor registration system.

New Exhibitor Service System Launches, Enabling Fully Digitalized Exhibition Procedures

Powered by the newly revamped digital exhibition service platform, exhibitor registration for this edition will be fully online — covering the entire process from registration to review:

 
·  Permanent Account System: Exhibitors who complete their initial registration will establish a permanent account profile, eliminating the need to re-register and re-enter basic information for each edition. They can log in to the "Exhibitor Center" at any time for information submission, progress tracking, document downloads, and access previous records.

 
·  Digital Contract Signing: Exhibition participation agreements can be generated, reviewed, confirmed, and signed electronically through the platform, with corresponding invoices issued and delivered simultaneously — removing the need for physical document mailing, signing, and receipt.

 
·  Real-Time Notifications & Reminders: All notifications are centrally displayed in the Exhibitor Center and can be accessed at any time after login. The system also sends SMS and email reminders for key deadlines, helping exhibitors efficiently plan their exhibition arrangements.
