Xinhua, Jan 30th (Beijing)---There are still 4 months to go before inauguration of the 31st China SportShow. It is reported by the Organizing Committee that, the number of participating brands and purchasers abroad will hit a new high.
Being the biggest sports exhibition in Asia-Pacific region, China SportShow always strive to expand her influence in the world. Mr. Cui Kankan, the person is in charge of media affairs, told the reporters that, the Organizing Committee would every effort for the internationalization of the SportShow by strengthen its communications with the commercial counselor’s offices of the foreign embassies in China and with the websites of the main international trade. “The number of foreign audience last year was 4000 or more, two times than that of 2010. This year, this number can reach 6000 to 7000, a remarkable increase than last year.”
As briefed by Ms. Zhang Lulu, the person in charge of the Zone of overseas exhibitors, the overseas exhibitors’ Zone will cover more than 3,000 square meters, being equal to that of the last SportShow, while the number of exhibitors showing a slight increase. Most of the exhibitors come from Korea, Australia, Germany and Taiwan (China). Their exhibits will cover timing, fitness equipment and swimming suits.
Since founded in 1993, the China SportShow have been staged for 20 years. From 2002, the China SportShow began to be held twice a year with one in summer and one in winter. The 31st Edition China SportShow will be held in the New China International Exhibition Center from May 31st to June 3rd this year.
