2014 China Sport Show Fitness Exhibition Returns to Wuhan

　　The 32nd China SportShow will be open on May 9th - 12th , 2014 in Wuhan, a city also known as the “Thorough Fare of Nine Provinces”. The invitation for exhibitors was launched a few days ago, two months earlier than the previous shows. The 2014 China SportShow will be located in the Wuhan International Exhibition Center, which has a floor space of around 130,000 square meters. The Fitness, Massage and Rehabilitation Equipment Exhibition, a shining pearl of the China Sport Show, will continue to be as brisk and lively as the previous Shows.

　　More Orders Placed in the Show

　　Mr. Hou Liang, Director of the Fitness Zone, told us, “The investigation report and the feedbacks of the last Fitness Exhibition revealed that, both the exhibitors and the professional audiences have a good opinion of the Exhibition. The number of the overseas purchasers and professional audiences has shown a big increase. As commented by the representatives of some large enterprises, the over 100-strong purchasing group from Brazil was very dynamic in the last Show. Quite a few of the medium-sized and small enterprises completed their orders of the whole year in the Exhibition. With a collection of around 600 name cards, the organizer has achieved unexpected and satisfying results. Furthermore, the Business Exchange Forum, focusing on the operation and management of the fitness clubs and having a trail on the fitness micro-market and the new marketing models, can benefit both the exhibitors and professional audiences.”

　　Exhibitors Registration Started Two Months Earlier

　　By the press time, nearly 300 exhibitors have been registered for 2014 China Sport Show, applying for an exhibition area of 30,000 square meters, which has set a new record over the same period of the history. Thanks to the brisk and bustling situation and the bumper profit received from the last edition, and with a consideration that around 50 to60 enterprises failed to be registered in the Exhibition last year, most of the enterprises have begun to apply for registration earlier than last year, hoping to occupy a desired position in the Exhibition, so more and more exhibitors are vying for registration this year, and the overall process of the registration work has been started 2 or 3 months earlier than before, from which, we can also see the recent development of the industry by another perspective. “The invitation of exhibitors shows that, the enterprises of treadmills have a stable market, as their exhibition areas have been growing slightly and steadily in the past several years. It is expected that the market share of the massager enterprises will be shrinking as it has been expanded too fast over the past years. After years of fast expansion, the industry is facing a process of reshuffling and returning to rationality again”, said Mr. Hou Liang.

　　Perfect Hardware and Superior Software

　　The 2014 China Sport Show will be held in B1 - B6 halls (blue area on the right side of the plane map) on the right side of the fan-shaped Wuhan Exhibition Center, which are linked by three small triangle halls. Such an independent and integrated design can help to keep the independence of categories, and offer a free flow of the visitors. As for the hardware, all exhibition halls are equipped with adequate public facilities, large conference room and multi-functional room, advanced audio and interpretation equipment. Above each exhibition hall, there are small meeting rooms where the exhibitors and the clients can conduct business negotiations and exchanges. Internet and wifi is available with a reasonable price. As for the software, the Exhibition Center will assign a person from its first-class service team in charge of each single hall, who will be responsible to provide the exhibitors and audiences with all kinds of information relating to the Exhibition Center. Mr. Hou Liang said, “The authorities of the Wuhan International Exhibition Center have put a lot of attention to the Show and have made a careful arrangement both in hardware and software, and in details as well. The overall quality and efficiency of service have been improved greatly.”

　　Introduction of “Noiseless Policy”

　　Incorporating with the opinions of the investigation report and feedbacks of the last Sport Show, the “Noiseless Policy” will be introduced in one or two Exhibition halls selected by the organizing committee, which means that, any exhibitors in these halls are prohibited to use any acoustics appliances. Mr. Hou Liang commented that, “Each year, the organizers had received complaints from some exhibitors of the loud noise generated by the acoustics system of some exhibitors, with affected the normal operation of the exhibition. So, I have conceived such a concept, hoping to produce a quiet and harmonious environment for all exhibitors.
